  Absolutely appalled with the level service, attitude and not one written offer after 5 Months listed with Century 21. I switched to Point Cook Real Estate. The first written offer came in at only 25 days into the campaign. I had an excellent customer service experience with Point Cook Real Estate (Alex Sherwin).
  
  This happened back in 2013 so I refused to pay their advertising fee. This agency chased me for almost 5 year for their $1500 advertising fee!!! Instead of taking some responsibility and accountability for what went wrong.
